Inspection Laboratory
The quality is our priority. So we established our Hydraulic Laboratory for R&D and products inspection.
We control our products quality by four processes: Incoming Materials inspection, Machining process controlling, Function testing and Inspection before packing. Each step is controlled by inspectors and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Precision inspection: Zeiss brand Three-coordinate Measuring Machine, Optical Measuring Instrument, and Mitutoyo measuring tools for inspection in each process and finished parts.
Motor testing: The Motor and Gearbox is being tested for accuracy and sealing before separately. Then the whole Motor assembly will be tested for trial running twice. Every data will be recorded for quality following up.
Cylinder testing: Every cylinder will be tested for function and pressure holding. The testing pressure usually is two times of the cylinder rated pressure.
