FAQ About Company
What does your company do?
we are a supplier of high quality hydraulic products including Hydraulic Cylinder, Hydraulic Motor, Hydraulic Power Pack, Hydraulic station and other Hydraulic components.
Are you a manufacture or a trading company?
We are a group which have manufacturing, trading and investing. Now we own or holding or investing 6 factories. Our headquarters is focused on international business.
How many workers in your company?
We have about 50~70 peoples in each factory. And in our headquarters we have a sales team of 15 people.
How much is the revenue of your company.
Right now our revenue is about two millions each year, not including the factories that we shear holders.
What certificate do you have?
All our factories are ISO certificated. And our main suppliers of materials and parts are with CE, RoHS, CSA and UL certificates.
How long is your delivery time?
The delivery time depends on different products and quantity. The cylinder usually need about 45-60 days and the Motor need about 20-30 days.
Can you make parts as customer’s requirement or drawing?
Yes, we can OEM for you as your drawings. Our engineer also can give you professional support for technical suggestions.
What kind of payment terms do you accept?
We prefer T/T through bank. 40% when order is confirmed and 60% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 20,000USD.
What is your warranty policy?
All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation or are damaged through negligence. We serious remind that unclean hydraulic oil will definitely cause damage to your Hydraulic components. And this damage is not included in the warranty range. So we strongly suggest you to use new clean oil or make sure the system oil are clean when using our parts.
FAQ About Cylinders
What kinds of Cylinders do you usually make?
WEITAI hydraulic can make almost every conventional cylinders. Such as Tie-rod cylinders, welded cylinders, piston cylinders, plunger cylinders, telescopic cylinders, double rod cylinders, Rephrasing Hydraulic Cylinders, High pressure Cylinders, Stainless Steel Cylinders, Aluminum Alloy Cylinders, Electrical Hydraulic Cylinders, and other special cylinders.
What materials are you using for Cylinders.
Usually we use #45 steel for cylinder barrel, rod, cap and cylinder end, ductile iron for Piston. #20 Steel are also used in some cylinders for easily welded. The rod is hardened and chrome plated. Nitrogen or QPQ rod (black rod) can also be supplied as customer’s required.
Which brands of Seal Kit can you use?
Our standard seal kit is our OEM brand in China. We can also use the famous brands as customer’s required, such as PARKER, HERCULES, HALLITE, NOK, DICHTOMATIK, etc.
Will you test all your cylinders before delivery?
Yes. We test each cylinder before delivery. The testing pressure is usually 2 times of the rated pressure.
What’s your quality control system?
We control the quality of our products by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing, and Inspection before packing. Each step has an inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
FAQ About Travel Motors
What kind of Motors you are making?
We mainly make Axial Piston Motors and integrate with Reducing Gearbox which is widely used in Track driving device. We can also make Motors to be used in wheel driving equipment.
Can your Motors replace my old Motors in my machine?
Yes. Our motors are with the similar specifications and same connecting dimensions to the mainly Motors in the market. They are perfectly interchangeable with your original Motors.
What brands your motors can replace?
Right now our Motors are interchangeable with brands such as: EATON, DOSSAN, JEIL, KYB, NACHI, NABTESCO, Rexroth, Poclain, Bonfiglioli, and other similar motors.
How can I find the right model to fit my machine?
Since different marketing area has different machine models, the best way is to find the Motor brand and model in your machine. Another way is the measuring the key dimensions of the frame flange and sprocket flange. Please contact our sales team to get technical support when you have difficulties to get the right information.
Can you make Motor as customer’s dimensions and design?
Yes. We keep an opened mind to service our customers. We can design and make the change as customer’s requirements.
Can you list some typical machine manufactures that are using your Motors?
The top excavator manufactures in China such as SANY, XCMG, SDLG, etc. are using our Motors to replace the Japanese and Korean brands they used before. We are also the first choice of the Drilling Equipment manufactures in China.
Can you supply the spare parts of the Motors?
The spare parts are not our priority in the market right now. But we can make spare parts for our valuable clients to support their growing.
How long your motors can normally work?
Our high quality standard materials choice ensures our Motors with high durability. But the working life of the hydraulic parts depends on the working condition and oil purity. Now we still have motors working in the market which we built 9 years before.
